diem health Patient Information Update
This topic is part of the diem health section that is intended for independent pharmacies only. This topic is not applicable to Rexall pharmacies.
When a patient updates their demographic information through the diem health app, you will receive a notification about these updates when opening the Patient Folder.
When the notification is opened, you will receive a prompt that allows you to choose which action you want to take:

Defer - hides the notification for the next 15 or 30 days, depending on the diem health Adherence Preferences set. For more information, see Defer System Tray Prompting

Close - closes the notification permanently. Patients should be contacted to confirm the change in information.

How long a patient information update notification from diem health is deferred for is set in the diem health Adherence Preferences. The notification can be deferred for 15 or 30 days only.
This window is access by selecting > Pharmacy > Adherence.
